Providing client support and management of various vinyl pressing projects: scheduling and timeline collaboration; coordinating with vendors; calculating project quotes and projections; collecting on deposits and invoices; communicating closely with production, assembly, and shipping associates to meet client deadlines. Responsible for all print packaging orders and proofing, providing paper stock samples, and general pre-press support.

Assisting with every phase of the record production process: maintaining communications with artists and licensors (major label and independents), providing source materials for vinyl mastering, coordinating with graphic designers to create album artwork and packaging, facilitating artwork to the printers, working with the pressing plant to schedule runs and provide all necessary materials for production; Sales and marketing: soliciting and taking orders from both distributors and independent record stores, maintaining these relationships and working to gain new customers, creating one sheets and online marketing/PR for new releases, maintaining webstore

Assisting artists and educators with youth programming; local promotion of events at the Carver Bank space; providing audio/visual assistance during events; creating gallery guides; curated in-house library; community engagement
