- Overall responsibility for production Homebuilding Company, specializing in homes from the mid $400K's to $800K's. -Establish, develop, oversee and manage of all aspects of the Company including but not limited to business plan/ proformas, contracts/ legal, risk management, Human resources, accounting, procurement, field operations, sales, marketing, and customer care. - Lead and oversee all relationships with Investors, bankers, professionals, brokers, and trade partners. - Create and manage all project feasibilities/ proformas, projects budgets, company balance sheets, and company financials.- Responsible for product development, consultant management, and job site operations. - Conduct continuous study of market and economic trends, business cycles, new and innovative ideas, and other viable resources for enhancing and improving the Company. - Operations management, OSHA/ Safety, and Customer care. - Create and execute Interior design for all projects-Interior Design and Decorating

- Overall responsibility and ownership of Custom Homebuilding Company, specializing in multi-million dollar homes in resort areas. -In addition to Custom Home building, GC Luxury Homes provides Interior Design and Decorating Services and Remodeling/ Rennovation Services. -Establish, develop, oversee and manage of all aspects of the Company including but not limited to business plan/ proformas, contracts/ legal, risk management, Human resources, accounting, procurement, field operations, sales, marketing, and customer care. - Lead and oversee all relationships with Investors, bankers, professionals, brokers, and trade partners. - Create and manage all project feasibilities/ proformas, projects budgets, company balance sheets, and company financials.- Responsible for product development, consultant management, and job site operations. - Conduct continuous study of market and economic trends, business cycles, new and innovative ideas, and other viable resources for enhancing and improving the Company. - Site supervision, operations management, OSHA/ Safety, and Customer care. - Create and execute Interior design for all projects

• Key member of a team of executives responsible for the structure, start-up, and execution of the Colorado division of Meritage Homes Corporation. • Creation, development, oversight and management of Purchasing, Budgeting, and Forward Planning departments. Assistance with management and operations of Construction and Warranty departments. • Collaboration with corporate executives in the Creation and implementation of ‘Best Practice’ policies and procedures for ALL departments within MTH organization at the local and national levels. • Oversight and management of all project budgets- annual average of $65 Million and 200 homes after year two of production.• Product development, consultant management, and design center. • Creation of project feasibilities / proformas for new, existing, and modified product.• Continuous use of Total Cost Analysis in evaluating new vendors, products, and methods of construction.• Responsible for gross profit margins, mitigation of cost increases, cost savings and cost reductions, and execution of vendor contracts.

- Substantial and significant hard cost savings in divisional operations. - Oversight and management of all project budgets- annual average of $113 Million for 580 homes.- Creation of ‘Best Practice’ policies and procedures for RAH purchasing departments including divisional, regional, and national- Project feasibilities / pro-formas for new, existing, and modified product- Utilize and leverage buying power to achieve better positioning in the market, gain price visibility from our vendors, and partnering with vendors to form mutually beneficial relationships to grow their business as we grow ours. - Continuous use of Total Cost Analysis in evaluating new vendors, products, and methods of construction.- Work closely with Construction and Warranty departments, Finance department, division President, and all other departments in maintaining quality vendors and products, clean and accurate budgets, customer satisfaction, forecasting costs for future markets, and all other aspects involved in building a quality home.
