During my time as a student at Olivet Nazarene University, I took a role as an IT Student Technician. During my time there, which totaled 4 years and 9 months, I honed my skills in general computer literacy, customer service, and problem-solving, along with learning quickly. I also got used to troubleshooting technical issues, handling complex computing tasks, and dealing well with customers, whether it be through scheduling appointments or figuring out how to fix whatever issue they were having. My time there came to an end upon my graduation from the university with a 3.6 GPA and a Bachelor's in Computing Technology.
