Enrolling at Seneca College after achieving her BSc in Biology, Grace graduated from the Recreation Facilities Management Diploma program at King Campus. She has worked at Seneca for more than twenty years in positions spanning Recreation Island, Continuing Education, Newnham Campus Student Life and Alumni, to Liaison Officer, and Student Council Advisor. Grace has taught Outdoor Programs on Recreation Island as well as shifting to SSC100 and CAP500 courses for the Faculty of Business both at Newnham and King Campuses. Grace served on the Seneca College Board of Governors for six years followed by serving as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Newmarket and Maple Health Centres for two years.Currently Grace is the Career Services Coordinator at King Campus, responsible for assisting students with strategies to help them achieve their career and education goals beyond Seneca.

  Grace's focus is Career Development and she assist students in creating application support documentation such as resumes, cover letters and portfolios, as well as increasing their knowledge about job search strategies, improving interview skills and preparation. Grace facilitates the King Campus Job Fairs and on-campus employer recruitment as well as the College on-line job bank called Senecacareerlink.com Grace has worked in Career Development for over 9 years covering the S@Y campus, Newnham and King Campuses. She is a member of the Ontario College Career Educators Association and Career Professionals of Canada. She holds certificates from the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers. Grace served six years on the Seneca College Board of Governors, and two years as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Newmarket & Maple Health Centres and taught the Career Development Course as part of the Seneca College Faculty of Business for three years.
