Responsibilities:1. Assist the General Manager in handling daily routine and secretarial work:Business ravel arrangement, Receipt of domestic and overseas visitors as interpreter, meeting arrangement,taking meeting minutes, reburstment application, documents translation and filling, business travel accompaniment if necessary and other related secretarial works;2. Assist the General Manger to formulate and optimize working processes for all departments, and arrange works in a reasonable manner;3. Be responsible for work statues follow-up of each department and timely report to the General Manager. Review and evaluate the whole work processes timely in order to avoid risks and problems in advance;4. Be responsible for AD&HR work: recruit staff ;lay down statistics of all departmental performances; update timely all kinds of company license and certificates, other related work;5. Be responsible for the company’s internal financial affairs: Cash flow management, payment receivable/payment payable controlling, bank business handling, accounting bill controlling, export tax refund application; send and report financial statements to the General Manager and German Headquarters; Assist external accounting company to finish annual audit; other related accounting affairs; 6. Be responsible for import & export work: formulate and optimize work processes of import and export business, communicate with domestic and foreign logistic company’s, make documents for customs application in china and customs declaration in germany, assist German colleagues to complete import customs clearance, other related import & export work;7. Be responsible for communicating and replying to various related governmental departments in suitable manners e.g. tax bureau, customs, finance bureau and so on.8. Be responsible for other new assignments e.g..new office selection, denotation and as Sales&Service assistant of 3D metal printer project.
