From a young age, I navigated the dual paths of competitive gymnastics and diving, all while managing life with rheumatoid arthritis. Health and wellness have been my saviors in coping with RA, fueling my passion and driving my professional journey.In 2022, I proudly graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S in Exercise Science, NASM CPT certificate and Coaching certification. Since then, I have channeled my experience and passion into coaching Level 2 and 3 competitive gymnastics, managing a group fitness facility, and launching a 55+ program. Additionally, I am dedicated to coaching individuals to achieve their fitness goals or athletic goals and drawing from my personal experiences and professional training.Currently, I reside in Cincinnati, OH, with my two beloved dogs, Rico and Debo. They bring joy and balance to my life, much like the fulfillment I find in helping others through fitness and wellness!
