My values drive my work in every aspect of life.I am passionate about finding the middle ground between people and uncovering how, at the root of it, we are all connected in some way.Largely as a result of my education in Theology and Religious Studies, I am conscious of how my actions effect those around me - that's what I would like to bring to your organization as well. We see people in positions of power abuse this unfair advantage they hold, and become blind to the implications their actions may have. As a professional, I strive to shed light on these issues and work effectively with my team to avoid unintended consequences and ensure that our actions are promoting the well-being of others. My values drive me to pursue a job that allows me to be authentically myself, and for a company whose values are connected to my own on any level.I have had a great amount of experience working in the food industry, which has helped me learn how to connect with those around me better and understand other's emotions. Through serving others, I came to understand how easy it is to make someone feel like they are important. Working in these small businesses has taught me that lack of communication is the biggest fault in most work environments - I live to challenge that.In the church, I have had experience mentoring peers and helping others explore their own faith - whether they agree with my views or not. I enjoy open communication about difficult issues, and a passion for solving any problem that is thrown my way.
