I deliver exceptional account management to some of the most prominent and influential Brand Partners on the Marketplace DTC Programme. I oversee key accounts across the UK and EU markets, with a current portfolio that includes leading brands such as Adidas, New Balance, Puma, Converse, River Island, and Bestseller.Overseeing a team of Account Assistants, I establish day-to-day processes to ensure effective onboarding and trading, maximising revenue for both ASOS and our Partners through this platform.I work collaboratively across several business functions, including Product Teams, Tech, Marketing, Studios, Digital and Global Trading, Customer Care & Returns, and with our largest external Brand Partners to deliver ambitious growth and best-in-class service.I closely collaborate on projects with Key Stakeholders from Middleware providers, internal Tech teams, and Partner Product Launch teams to expedite onboarding. This involves consistently troubleshooting any errors and inefficiencies that arise on the platform, ensuring a seamless client experience for our Brand Partners.

As a Category Lead at Stitch Fix, a global AI-led personal styling service, I led the buying process across various categories. I mentored junior team members and collaborated with the US Tech Engineering and Algorithms teams on projects to identify and resolve bugs in the Stitch Fix software, ensuring a seamless client experience. Additionally, I was dedicated to providing solutions to client issues, aiming to enhance overall business growth, revenue, and client satisfaction. Employing a data-driven approach, I analysed sales trends and data to make informed decisions that minimised commitment risk and yielded optimal results.
