In my role as a Stylists, I learned the importance of building customer relations. This is the first thing I learned about embodying the Free People brand, outside of wearing the clothes. The role includes assisting the customer, reporting to managers and tasking when needed, driving sales, maintaining floor operations and standards.

One of the "Key" elements I learned in this role is communication matters. As a Key Holder, I have more managerial duties including, scheduling daily roles, opening, and closing duties, and register functions.
