Responsible for integrated marketing strategic planning, program designing, IMC campaign execution and effective ROI reporting of consumer notebook&PC (CNB&CPC), youth segment and branding related marketing activitiesKey responsibilities to lead the CNB&CPC Marcom specialists for IMC campaigns  to lead virtual marketing team on Big Platform IMC Campaigns, including PR, digital, retail and regional marketing peers.  to frequently communicate with WW and APJ headquarter for Pan-region programs and coordinate accordingly.  to make annual and quarterly marketing strategies with the analysis of all touch points and close cooperation with business team to enhance HP CNB&CPC brand preference and to drive sales/market share. to plan, manage and allocate marketing fund annually and quarterly. to ensure all marketing activities carried on effectively by managing all agencies and partners.
