I have worked as a private voice and songwriting coach for the past five years, traveling to students' homes and teaching them vocal techniques as well as assisting with original song writing. Being self-employed has taught me to work exceptionally well in an unsupervised environment, to manage my own schedule and to market myself as a brand. In 2016 I held an apprentice position at The Loft Recording Studios where I discovered my passion for audio engineering. I went on to write, record, produce and mix my own solo acoustic project entitled "The Bedroom Sessions EP" and am pursuing further education in audio engineering. My ultimate goal is to own and operate my own recording studio and production company.In addition to my teaching work, I've also served as band leader, singer, rhythm guitarist and songwriter in my own original 4-piece rock band. My passion for music and performing has led to being featured on America's Got Talent, American Idol, and AlloyTV's original web series Talent: The Casting Call hosted by Jive Records. I've been featured on DailyMail, Teen.com, ClevverTV, The Journal News, Huffington Post, 107.1 The Peak, Z89 Syracuse radio for my work in music and as an advocate for body positivity. I was also featured as a vocalist in promotional material for Universal Studios’ Pitch Perfect 2. I run a YouTube channel entitled GraceSings where I post vlog-style content as well as original and cover music. My channel currently has 16,000 subscribers.I have also worked as a freelance social media marketing manager and influencer, helping companies reach a wider audience using social media as the primary tool, as well as creating promotional content for brands ranging from skincare and hair products to audio gear and up-and-coming apps.
