About Grace Durling

As a Senior Social Prescriber at One Westminster, I lead a team of Mental Health Social Prescribers who work with people with complex mental and physical conditions. I have over three years of experience in practicing holistic and person-centred Social Prescribing, using active listening and health coaching techniques to empower clients to explore their sense of self and find their purpose.I have an extensive knowledge of organisations and services in Westminster, and I can refer clients to statutory and community resources, as well as encouraging them to self-refer. I have a particular interest in working with those living with chronic pain and long-term health conditions. I am also a joint winner of the Primary and Community Mental Health Care Award 2021, which recognises our contribution to the South Westminster Community Mental Health Team. My mission is to support the wellbeing and recovery of my clients, and to promote social inclusion and positive change in my community.
