For more than six years I have worked in customer service, obtaining my experience through jobs spanning a variety industries.My primary occupation is as a theater performer, but I have taken many receptionist and clerical jobs through Atrium Staffing, often learning the job on the spot. As a result, I am highly adaptable and a quick learner willing to dedicate myself to the task at hand.In the past I have worked extensively with the Microsoft Office Suite, assisted with mailings, customer support, and event preparations, directed phone calls, and taken on office management tasks. I also regularly work for Thomas Preti Events to Savor as a server and event support team member, quickly learning the venue, menu, and client preferences, while keeping food stations and service organized and efficient.I love working with people, taking on new challenges, and expanding my skills, especially within client and community-focused organizations. Though I have not worked with Shopify directly, I am familiar with the name and have worked with programs such as Wix.com, HelpScout, and MailChimp.
