Grace Eby is currently a freshman student at Prairie View A&M University pursuing a degree in marketing. She has 4 years of experience working at Sweetwater Pools Inc. In this time, she learned how to effectively organize schedules, establish and enforce rules and regulations, manage a team of young individuals, and make quick decisions in dangerous situations based on knowledge and experience. Grace is also a worship leader at Kingsland Baptist church and has spent the past 6 years building on leadership abilities and creating personal connections with teams of strong and impactful individuals. As a part of her education, she has earned her certification for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. In High School she joined the bowling team and her first year she started on varsity. Through bowling, she learned how to guide and make adjustments based on corrections from a variety of coaches, and this allowed her to place third in her region as an individual, qualify for a place to compete at state, and help lead a team to become regional champions. All of these things have led her to adapt to changes and create connections with others.
