CurrentAs a marketing manager, I’ve held a multifaceted role with a range of responsibilities crucial to the success of the company's marketing efforts. One primary duty involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the company's objectives and target audience. For instance, I plannedand executed the launch of a new product by conducting market research to identify consumer preferences and market gaps, then I developed a strategic plan outlining the product positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics.Additionally, I oversee the implementation of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels. (Meta/instagram/ tiktok/ snapchat/LinkedIn etc). l coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging content for digital platforms such as social media, email newsletters, and the company website, whilealso managing traditional marketing initiatives like print ads or direct mail campaigns. Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in analyzing the performance of these campaigns, leveraging tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.Based on these insights, I continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies to improve effectiveness and drive results. Collaboration is another essential aspect where I work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment and coherence across all marketing efforts.
