• Oversaw harvest and post-harvest handling of all weekly harvests of 300+ flower varieties grown on the farm as well as managed weekly order preparation and packing including inventory and cooler management, quality control checks, correcting invoices, and communicating weekly pickup and delivery schedules• Conducted weekly estimates and harvest projections for all weekly sales for wholesale orders, events, and retail sales

• Shaped day-to-day and long-term systems work and planning for the Food Access team by leading team meetings,delegating tasks and assignments to other members, working across programs, and supported program goals in line withorganization’s mission and budget• Oversaw 9 seasonal farmers markets and co-led a network of over 50 statewide partners in facilitating food accessprograms at 25 farmers markets, 3 farm stands, 2 CSAs, and 2 mobile delivery routes around the state of Rhode Island• Led the management of the Bonus Bucks Token program at both Farm Fresh markets and statewide partner markets andoutlets across the state• Hired, onboarded, and coordinated the work of 10 part-time staff as well as 5 AmeriCorps members, in line with annualstaff budget• Oversaw updates of POS technology and data tracking software of Food Access and Bonus Bucks programs in line withbudget, grant reporting, and external partnership needs.

Led the development of the Fresh Bucks and Bonus Bucks programs at Market Mobile including overseeing over $85,000in EBT sales and the distribution of over $40,000 of Bonus Bucks in 2020; trained across programs to provide operationaland technical support through weekly check-ins and training sessions• Compiled monthly and seasonal reports to bill and support grant compliance of a 4-year, $4.6 million USDA grant,and managed payout of around $80,000 and to farmers market vendors and partnering markets• Managed collection and analysis of farmers market data on various platforms in order to track sales, analyze trends,inform predictions for future grant periods, and create data visualizations for a variety of stakeholders• Supported creation of sliding scale payment structure for farmers market vendors and managed invoicing and collectionof payments and paperwork• Managed invoicing, data reporting, and data analysis for various Fruit and Vegetable Rx voucher programs

• Gathered best practices and conducted research with regional partners and organizations across the country to betterunderstand how to implement nutrition incentive programs at various outlet types• Worked with 50 farmers, farmers market managers, 3 partner organizations, and 3 state agencies to host webinars anddistribute outreach toolkits to expand use of the Bonus Bucks program• Supported the Farmers Market operational and vendor management needs• Pivoted to offer operational and hands-on support and leadership to adapt to growth and safety precautions at farmersmarkets as a response to the pandemic, supporting part-time staff, vendors, and customers
