Currently working at Wells Fargo Bank as a Regional Banking Manager in Lake Mary, Florida. Moved here from Puerto Rico where I was a Human Resource Manager for Happy Belly’s Ocean Inc. (a company that owns two different restaurants in Puerto Rico, one of them inside the Aguadilla International Airport). I can describe myself as a goal achiever, sales oriented, responsible, diligent, hardworking, charismatic, fully bilingual (Spanish and English), and people lover person who loves positivism, taking initiatives and motivating others.Graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez with a bachelor’s degree in Science of Business Administration with specialty in Human Resource Management. Throughout my college years I was elected twice as Secretary of the board of directors for the Society of Human Resource Management, this opportunity made it possible for me to learn a lot of the different HR concepts and standards. As Secretary for SHRM I also learned to work with a team, and I had the opportunity to implement different HR programs, these programs made it possible for SHRM Mayagüez to gain different worldwide recognitions like the Outstanding Chapter & Superior Merit Award. Before graduating from my bachelor’s degree I participated in an Internship at Affirmative Action Consulting Group this internship helped me gain other HR skills like classifying different jobs in job groups, implementing affirmative action plans in a company, and classifying the different categories for the affirmative action plan according to the categories of the US Census Bureau. In 2006 I started working for Happy Belly’s Ocean Inc. as waitress, and in 2009 I was promoted to HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER until the present. Currently I’m also working on my Master’s Degree in Finance and Human Resources Management.
