BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis. Capita's 8 week training programme covered both theoretical and practical Business Analysis skills. Projects completed included running workshops and creating Business Requirement Documents for a variety of mock clients. At the end of the training course I completed an exam and gained a BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.

As part of my University course I completed a industrial placement year at PA Jewellery as Assistant to the Financial Director, which upon finishing the Managing Director requested for me to carry on working part time whilst completing my final year of studies at university. Key Responsibilities:- Posting all invoices, credit notes, payments and receipts on Pegasus Accounting Software.- Creating and posting nominal journals - Monthly sales comparisons- VAT returns- Bank Reconciliations- Closing down month end on Pegasus- Paying suppliers via BACS, cheques and bank transfers in a variety of currencies - Preparing for and assisting internal audit - Controlling and monitoring Scrap and Petty Cash
