Directly support BMS China Immuno-Oncology (IO) business unit, an innovative/specialty drug unit.Fully engaged in the new product launch planning for multiple IO indication, including lung, gastrointestinal (GI) , etc.Responsibilities include sales forecasting, supply planning and resource allocation to support successful new product launch.Play a critical role in providing key financial input for business strategy and decision making; work together with BU to identify key business opportunities and challenges and drive business results.Prepare annual budget, projection and support in BU’s strategic plans for management review through proactive interactions and coordination with cross function key stakeholders.Perform in-depth analysis on complex financial data and actual results; identify critical variance and communicate them to management with value-added suggestions.Closely collaborate with other finance functions, including accounting, internal controller, tax, etc. to ensure accurate reporting and sound control under complex business environment.

Provide accurate financial data for APAC GFS budget & projection to support resource allocation strategy and decision making, e.g. GFS transformation, etc.Perform analysis on actual financial data and identify critical variance, communicate them to management with appropriate recommendations and business advice.Perform monthly Sales and LE P&L flash report for APAC markets;As APAC regional Intercompany CoE, monitor intercompany operation performance, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through streamlined process and digitization, e.g. ICBC enhancement, IC activitycentralization, Robotics.Support APAC region financial closing, and account reconciliation quality assurance review. Calibrate with accounting team for continuous improvement.Support regional networking/capability enhancement, e.g. regional service charges allocation, regional activities and meetings;
