I'm a proud farm kid who's been in many roles - like farm hand, stage manager, assistant teacher, executive assistant, board member, and now Co-Founder and Chief of Staff at Know Honesty, where we're changing how the world communicates. I'm passionate about the give and take, living in the grey areas where there's no clear, "right" answer. I believe each and every single person is inherently valuable - even those I wholeheartedly disagree with. I have a deep love for business, music, non-profits, and those who join me in believing we'll leave the Earth a better place than how we entered it.What I want for every single person is to live out life as they truly and freely are, while making space for others to do the same. I think the world becomes a more beautiful and interesting place when we experience the full depth and breadth of human beings, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the workplace.
