Prepared Westchester based programs' annual budgets; determined staffing requirements, interviewed and hired new employees. Oversaw the Buildings & Grounds and Food Services Departments, including maintenance, upkeep and renovations of 30-acre campus and meal provision to 315 students. Oversaw Caseworkers and Trainers responsible for the monitoring and support of 150 women licensed to provide child care in their homes.
