As Vice President of Programming, I am responsible for coordinating and presiding over our Cabinet board consisting of 26 different positions. I aid and advise each cabinet member with the responsibilities of her position, ensure that our chapter follows both campus and national policies, and enhance each member's college experience through education and skill development programming utilizing the members of the cabinet board. I also facilitate balance in chapter programming, consistently update our chapter calendar, and ensure the completion of all nationally mandated programs.

My responsibilities as the Secretary for Delta Zeta included taking minutes during our weekly chapter and executive board meetings and providing them to chapter members in a timely manner, taking role during all required events and keeping a record of absences, updating the membership roster on the Delta Zeta national website, programming and overseeing the chapter attendance system, and inspecting and recording results of all voting during chapter meetings. From this role, I gained leadership and collaborative skills and improved my time management and responsibility.
