-Women in Business is a student-run organization affiliated with the Terry College of Business with the mission to inform aspiring businesswomen of career opportunities, current business trends, and networking opportunities.-WIB connects members with the right tools and resources they need to succeed at Terry and in the business world. -Aims to develop member’s leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

-Responsible for the supervision and health of the chapter with 350+ members.-Oversees chapter event planning and execution to ensure they follow established policies and programs.-Executes strategy for achieving chapter goals and objectives in collaboration with the Chapter Advisor.-Leads and directs the Executive Council and all chapter meetings.-Ensures chapter calendar planning occurs well in advance and is competitive.-Presides over the Judiciary Board hearings.-Acts as a positive steward of Alpha Phi and the Greek community at university and Panhellenicmeetings.

- Develops and directs the COB program for the chapter.​- Member of the Membership Recruitment Department and attends all department meetings.- Identifies membership vacancies, in coordination with the Finance Department and Membership Recruitment Department.- Generates Potential New Member names.- Orchestrates and directs the COB team in implementing a COB plan to fill all vacancies, including identifying target markets, generating names, and making initial contact.- Plans and organizes COB meetings or events.- Extends COB bids with approval of the Vice President of Membership Recruitment.- Transitions COB new members to New Member Education Team.- Participates in Officer Transition upon taking office and after the completion of her term.

-The UGA Mentor Ambassador Program is a leadership experience that provides student leaders with the opportunity to foster a culture of mentorship at UGA. -Develops programming, partnerships, and marketing strategies that bring heightened awareness to the UGA Mentor Program while cultivating leadership skills, innovative ideas, and commitment to the UGA Mentor Program.
