Working closely with our CFO, Executive VP of Finance, Director of Operations, Corporate Attorney, Asset Management Team and Director of Corporate Accounting, I provide administrative assistance with various Corporate, Financial and Real Estate legal matters. Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Notary Public• Compiles, proofreads and revise drafts of legal documents• Performs daily electronic and hard copy filing and organization of documents• Assists in the processing and distribution of K-1's and Tax Returns• Responsible for preparing and sending the appropriate documents to Limited Partners for any OP Unit Redemption or Transaction requests and track activity quarterly• Handles ATM site management and correspondence with outside council to prepare and provide quarterly corporate and tax ATM reporting and due diligence.• Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets• Prepare and process expense reports and reconciliations• Create, dissolve and maintain all of the company's LLC's, LP's, and Corporations.• Setting up, closing and updating Bank Accounts as needed• Assist in tracking the progress of all Acquisitions, Sales, Financing, Mezz Financing, and Joint Venture activity quarterly.

I provide administrative support to our HR Department by assisting in a variety of human resource activities including but not limited to employment, benefits, training, safety, workers compensation, record keeping, electronic and paper file auditing, office maintenance, office moves, recruiting (posting jobs, attending career fairs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers), ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process and any other administrative work to help day to day operations within our department and companies.

During this internship, I served as a full time Receptionist for our Properties Company. I greeted all guests and callers with a high level of professionalism, directed calls to the appropriate associates, answered any questions related to the Company, sorted and date stamped the mail, ensured all incoming and outgoing packages were sorted and shipped, ordered office supplies and performed many other administrative functions.
