- Worked as a teacher and support staff at a clinic-based school in London, attached to Edgware Community Hospital, serving the needs of students facing mental health challenges, ages 13-19- Worked on a team of 6 educators to meet the various needs of, at most, 33 students in an ungraded, specialist setting focused on the development of the whole child.

Past and current projects include:- A report for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation that examines state accountability systems in terms of gifted education; used to improve.
