My role involves working directly with Product Management to ensure successful product releases.

Predictive Solutions formerly dbo2 is a software solution for companies to help track and analyze safety data. The software's unqiue feature is the predictice analytics capability - Based on a companies observations, the model can predict where the next injury may occur. This provides safety professionals real time information to take immediate steps in preventing workplace injuries.As a Process Improvement Leader, I assist our clients in the implementation of the SafetyNet tool and partner with them in establishing a world class safety process. Our focus is to not just training on the SafeyNet tool, but assisting our clients in establishing a vision for their process, developing strategies to help achieve their vision, and creating a plan to making their vision a realtiy.

Oversee local administration of Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety programs, policies and procedures; manages site and/or project-specific environmental, health and safety programs in accordance with applicable regulations and in support of a safe and healthy work environment.

Assist the Executive Management Team, Project Managers and Superintendents in adhering to company safety and loss control policies. Oversee and work on construction projects to identify, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and or property damage using job specific safety standards and best management practices.
