 Review ECs for completeness and conformance with Netgear Corporate standards. Provide EC advice and process assistance to Netgear staff and write MCOs and ECOs. Create product bills of materials based on input from Product Marketing and Engineering. Conduct AgileCM user training classes for Asia staff and ODMs regularly (Agile Lecturer).  Attend program team meetings to provide EC status. In 2005 – train over 12 ODM representatives, making all the coordination and travel arrangements myself. In 2006 – help organized the UL RoHS training event in Taipei, arranging the meeting room, food, reservations and serving as translator to ODMs.  In 2007 - Conduct Agile new version R922 training classes for Asia staff and ODMs in Taiwan, China (Beijing, Nanjing and Shenzhen), Japan and HK.
