About Grace Hughes
Hello! My name is Grace, I am a current junior Economics major minoring in Math and Graphic Design at Molloy University on Long Island, NY. I am passionate about sports and have been since a young age. From experiences playing softball to wanting learn more about every game under the sun; sports became my favorite thing over the course of my childhood. I made such a deep connection with it over time, that I ultimately decided I wanted to be fully immersed in its world and pursue a career in the industry. I have spent time over the past 2 years gaining experience in the industry in a variety of ways. First as a Student Analyst at St. John's Baseball, then an Athletic Communications Intern at Molloy Athletics, a Research Intern at USA Football and now a Data Intern at the NBPA. I am eager and willing to learn about all aspects of every game deeper and enjoy fast-paced collaborative environments. I hope in the future to be an asset to a front office and help them make decisions from both an analytical and scouting prospective. I am passionate about continuing to advance women's success in sports and I look forward to being an essential part of a front office in the future!
