Grace Isabirye is a skilled and experienced CPA with over 20 years of professional management experience. He currently holds the position of Director and Head of Business Consulting at PKF Uganda, where he has been since January 2018. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with an Accounting major from Makerere University Kampala and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi, Grace has a solid educational background.He is a Balanced Scorecard Certified Professional and holds an ISO 31000 Certification for Risk Management. He has also obtained several management development certificates in areas such as strategy, corporate governance, leadership, and corporate finance.Grace's key competences include strategic planning and leadership, organizational strengthening, business process analysis, financial and management reporting, risk management, business proposal development among others. Throughout his career, Grace has been involved in a variety of relevant consulting assignments and played a key role in business development, through pitching of PKF's advisory services to high profile clients in and outside Uganda.In addition to his role at PKF Uganda, Grace is a Non-Executive Director at Speke Resort Convention Centre, contributing to Board oversight roles that entail Project development, strategy implementation and ensuring compliance to laws, regulations and policies.He previously held positions as a Non-Executive Director at Post Bank Uganda Limited and the Makerere University Endowment Fund, where he provided oversight and contributed to strategy implementation.Grace has also gained valuable experience in the public sector, having served as a Finance Specialist in the UBC/SIGNET Digital Migration Project and as the Acting Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer/Chief Finance Officer at NSSF. He has demonstrated people skills expertise when he led /coordinated 11 functions, championed board business development in addition to horning skills in financial reporting, multidisciplinary high level evaluations, investment management, and strategic financial management among others.Overall, Grace Isabirye is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in finance and accounting.
