From a very young age I’ve cherished the older adults in my life. For that reason I’ve spent my entire career working in senior healthcare and senior living. I enjoy meeting seniors and hearing the stories of their life.In my work, they’ve often been in need of care or are in transition. They and their families are often stressed by the uncertainty of the future and how their needs will be met. Guiding them through the process and often advocating for them brings me such satisfaction. Helping a senior get to a place where they can live a life full of purpose and joy is important to me. I am often asked by friends and family to speak to one of their friends about a problem they’ve encountered in senior healthcare. I am happy to listen and then guide them to resources, often services they didn’t even know existed. I also gain great satisfaction connecting professionals with other professionals, boosting their networking and their business development. I love brainstorming and strategizing with others, whether to problem solve or figure out how to advance our businesses or help others.
