I have worked a variety of jobs, from a zip line tour guide in the Wisconsin Dells to a case manager at an immigration law firm, with many other experiences in between. All of my experience in the service industry has helped me develop strong customer service skills, and I pride myself on being hardworking and dependable but also fun and light-hearted. My most recent accomplishment was starting a job as a legal assistant at just 20 years old while going to school to receive a paralegal certification. I am now a case manager with a case list of over 25 active clients. This shift into a professional career path was intimidating for me, as I wasn't sure I was prepared for this type of work; however, I quickly became a valuable part of the legal team and grow more confident in my skills every day.

Case Manager - ParalegalFrancis Law Center Apr 2022 - PresentMadison, Wisconsin, United StatesAs a case manager I assist attorneys in their day-to-day tasks with clients. I communicate quickly and efficiently with clients, introduce them to our online client portal, and assist them with the preparation of government forms. I then construct our clients' complete case files before passing them off to the attorneys for a final review. I also help with administrative duties such as: preparing study material for clients who are about to become naturalized, writing blogs for our website, and making edits to our landing pages. -

BaristaLingonberry Llama Oct 2018 - Jun 2019Belleville, Wisconsin, United StatesThis was an exciting work experience for me because I was lucky enough to be one of the very first staff members, who was a part of the team from the day the coffee shop opened. Along with doing typical barista duties such as taking customer's orders and then preparing their drinks, I also offered a lot of creative and administrative ideas as our team navigated how to run a new business.
