I joined DARAG Germany in May 2016 as an IT Analyst and progressed to the role of DW/BI Developer in April 2019. Recently transferred to the London office in March 2023.I work as a part of a team of two developers who deliver a data warehouse that optimised the use of data, driving significant business impact and enhancing operational efficiency at the organisational level. From gathering requirements using Confluence forms, using JIRA to plan projects and capture workflows, coordinating end-to-end data migration projects by setting up FTP, schema and building ELT/ETL processes applying Data Lakes, SSIS services, PLSQL packages and Stored Procedures.The nature of my work taught me to communicate with end users, engineer DWH layers to analyse data from various migration resources, derive performance insights, prepare reporting models and construct cubes to summarise departmental data. Additionally, I gained immenense experience at diagnosing, continually improving and fixing errors/bugs based on root cause analysis to boost dashboard quality.
