- designed and implemented a mindfulness program for Inuit Youth in the school and a community program for social service providers and their constituents.- wrote and directed a culturally specific Inuit Yoga DVD. Filmed with two models to demonstrate advanced and introductory postures. Recorded two sound tracks - one instructional to introduce people to safe alignment. The second track offered metaphors to strengthen cultural connection, resilience and reflection. - fundraised for distribution to every health clinic, high school and library across the Canadian North. Two years later, the DVD was released for free in response to the Canadian state of emergency declared regarding successive suicides in remote northern communities.
