As the Assistant Manager of the Production department, I supported the Production Manager and department on all mainstage productions (avg. 8/year) by: creating show-specific calendars and schedules; tracking debit card expenses; processing production hourly employees payroll; managing inventory of rehearsal hall supplies; managing piano inventory (including tuning and moving); maintaining data and contact information for all designers, directors, and actors in the current and upcoming productions; and contracting specialists (fight choreographers, dialect coaches, etc.). Additionally, I served as the lead production manager on on all cabaret shows (4-5/year), new play readings & workshops, rentals of theatrical spaces by outside companies, all of the Education Department's productions, and other special events - including Concert for America, and Signature's Annual Open House (avg. 1000 attendees).
