Furthermore, I developed and implemented community-based GBV mitigation strategies, which included establishing effective referral pathways and fostering community engagement and participation.Recognizing the importance of capacity building, I successfully conducted comprehensive training programs for community service providers, empowering them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively respond to GBV cases. Additionally, I trained community members to serve as GBV activists, raising awareness and promoting behavioral change within their communities.Overall, my role as the GBV Protection Coordinator has been marked by successful program design, strategic collaboration, effective resource management, and impactful capacity building initiatives, resulting in tangible advancements in GBV prevention and response in the Blantyre District.
