Being a FIA administrator equipped me with the necessary legislation requirements needed to prevent money laundry in the financial sector. As an administrator I monitored clients accounts, study clients financial profiles and risk rate them in order to provide recommendations to management. It gave me an opportunity to interact with clients effectively while delivering quality services. On a daily basis I would categorise clients using the risk-based approach and contact clients to obtain outstanding documents to ensure full compliance with the FIA act.
