I have worked as a human resource manager from February 2020 to date, am self driven, goal oriented and can work as an individual and as a part of a dynamic team. I am a member of a professional body that is institute of human resource management(IHRM) and my goal is to change the notion of employees being viewed as an expense in a company rather they should be viewed as asset .Such that if an employee is viewed as an asset and their every achievement is appreciated they tend to work more and they became dedicated to their jobs hence bringing success to the business.
