I attended Washington State University, and I graduated in December of 2021. In my most recent position, I worked as an assistant community manager at a mid-rise apartment community located in Seattle. I learned so much in this position and was promoted from the position of leasing consultant at the same company. In this position, I grew my skills in areas such as office management, customer service/ resident relations, and sales. I am so grateful for this experience. My past experience includes working in retail sales and as a display artist at a local toy store, as a sterilization technician at a dentist's office, as a server at an assisted living facility, as a nanny, and in sales and as a visual display artist at Pottery Barn. I am proud of both my creative achievements as well as what my past work experience has taught me in terms of customer service, working on a team, and maintaining a calm and organized work environment. One area in which I feel I have gained valuable experience is navigating the dynamic of working in someone's home. I learned this skill in my positions as a nanny, working in an assisted living facility, and working in an apartment community as a leasing consultant and then as an assistant manager. I am so grateful for my experiences in these positions that have taught me the importance of building a relationship with a customer or resident. I am looking forward to exploring new job opportunities that will continue to push me to learn new skills. I am ready for a challenge!
