Lead 3 team members - Early Career Talents Hiring (Including 7 programs and Daily Intern), including hiring demands collect,campus hiring budget plan, EID projects promotion plan, Vendor selection and cooperation, cost tracking, campaign planning, campus recruitment- University Relations setup- Cooperate with Employer Branding on campus EB shaping and promotion plan

- End to end recruitment support on Healthcare Digital, R&D SW and Enterprise Digital solution.- Cooperate with different level of stakeholders on team setup, attrition fulfillment- Share talent analysis report with market insights

Strategic sourcing teamClosely cooperate with TA Partners to do critical hiring in selected senior openingsProactively participate in pipeline project to identify top talent for potential job openings

- Support GE main Digital and BU-Digital hiring.- Communicate with potential candidate about our position and their background so as to make sure the 100% match candidate was identified.- Closely partner with the TA Partner to attract and recruit best talent timely.- Proactively take part in the kick off meeting and interviews to fully understand the requirements of the hiring manager and influence them with the market intelligence

•Support SH R&D recruitment.•Build a consistent flow of candidates to deliver high quality recommendation to team through understanding of different channel of talent sourcing. •Make brief communication with candidates to know their motivation, background, basic tech skill, communication and etc. • Maintain relationship with active candidates so as to keep a healthy pipeline and enlarge candidate pool.• Partner with SC to arrange interview according to interviewers and candidates timeslot, to upload resume and coordinate between candidates and interviewers.
