As a Financial Analyst at Legend Homes, I support the financial planning and analysis of the company's residential projects, using Excel to create and maintain budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports. I also previously collaborated with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction, such as creating social media campaigns and improving internal processes.I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of St. Thomas, where I have learned the fundamentals of accounting, economics, statistics, and corporate finance. I am passionate about growth and always remain open to opportunities to continue learning and developing my professional career. I have also gained valuable marketing experience as a Marketing Coordinator and Assistant at SimplyHome, where I helped to launch and manage multiple online and offline campaigns, resulting in a 15% increase in leads and sales. I am also interested in investing in start-ups and real estate and have attended several workshops and seminars on these topics while simultaneously developing my personal brand and business outside of dedicated work hours.My free time is mostly spent training for high endurance activities such as rock climbing, marathon running, and triathlons as I find these activities allow me to push myself both physically and mentally providing me with a well-rounded approach to life and work.
