Grace has recruited and trained many managers during her career in sales and marketing for over a decade. She began her sales career in healthcare in Singapore before moving to London, United Kingdom in 2008. Whilst in London, she worked briefly in recruitment, forming new client relationships with multi-lingual candidate needs, before moving on as Business Development Manager for London's inward investment agency. She managed a team in building up a key region - Australia and Southeast Asia, attracting several crucial investment projects spanning across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals as well as research.Upon moving back to Singapore in 2011, Grace worked a year in a start-up setting up recruitment, sales and business administration operations. She is a bilingual English and Mandarin speaker and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
