Responsibilities:- Conceptualise, design and develop communication materials to support learning initiatives/programmes.- Assist with the research and implementation of new learning technologies to improve learning experience.- Establish the structure to collate, process and analyse people data to provide meaningful metrics for development planning and improvement.- Support in the sourcing, designing and implementation of talent development programmes, track and measure success metrics.- Assist in the planning and roll out of learning initiatives and campaigns to inculcate a learning culture

- Spearheaded in creating marketing content for the company’s TikTok page- Assist in managing Excel Spreadsheet for the company to key in sales invoices- Maintained a clean organised inventory and curated displays of jewellery- Provide customer bespoke services
