Administrate both CAD and BIM system. BIM manage and support around 20 projects using Revit. Majority of the projects are more than GFA 5000sqm. Some projects such as Rail project has 3 or 6 rail stations. It is my joy to be in Woodlands South MRT station whenever I go for my Church Sunday Service. Many years ago I contributed to guide the team to do it in BIM. Now I get to enjoy using it. I love to go to The Star Vista Shopping Mall in Buona Vista too. Implementing Revit since 2001. Did quite a number of projects in Revit.Support Corporate wide CAD operation with the support from the IT desktop support engineers. Setup and administrate Autodesk Network Licence Server. CAD support for overseas offices. Provide user requirements on in-house developed system and did user acceptance test.

Function as a CAD Manager in 2 divisions of around 180 staff. Take care of IT resource including computer allocation, CAD support and attend Corporate CAD Managers meeting. Developed a database system using MS Access to track IT resource usage of each staff, including training to manage the IT budget. This system able to provide prompt IT report to the Division SVP.

Invited back by the boss to take care of the CAD system plus run projects.Provide CAD administration support including CAD & IT training. Plus doing building projects.

Do building projects and coach the juniors. Plus take care of the CAD & Network system. Organise the materials to ease work flow for authority submission.
