As the Climate Action Department's Public Engagement Specialist for the City of Aspen, I design and implement strategic public outreach campaigns with the goal of increasing community and stakeholder awareness and program adoption. Working with program specialists in water, energy, emissions, electric vehicles, conservation, waste, air quality, public health and more. I engage community members in order to encourage behavior change, program adoption, and public engagement.

- Oversee and execute creative design, curriculum development, and detailed planning for all program events and projects: fellowship sessions, outreach and recruitment events, community celebrations, conference in collaboration with O+ Festival, retreats, classes, and workshops.- Copy editor for outward facing communications. Writer and editor of blog posts circulated within community of 200+ members on topics of , environmental justice and conservation, social justice and accountability, local economy, regenerative ecological practices, and more. - Produce video projects to feature our community and their good work; curate all content to highlight the Good Work Stories of fellows. - Align stories of Good Work community with programming outcomes to create compelling storytelling for various audiences, including funders.- Manage and collaborate with Program Coordinator on projects relating to logistics, event planning and execution, sourcing, and more.- Craft and maintain social media campaigns for all programs and storytelling. Measure and review analytics on social campaigns regularly. - Manage budget and coordination for events, programs, and communications.- Build and maintain a network of regional and national partnerships to share resources, co-promote and extend collective impact. - Project managed website development with agency, transferred all existing content, and co-designed site architecture.- Promoted from Program Coordinator to Community Manager in June 2016

Business Development Consultant -Edited and drafted investment proposals and marketing slide decks, the results of which contributed to securing a large venture capital investment from Factor E in Fort Collins, Colorado.-Participated in initial intensive business strategy meetings between Factor E and VIP, offering third party and business insight as well as in country experience. Marketing Content Consultant -Produced and shot all necessary photo and video content documenting partnerships, technology field-testing and in country reaction to the vision and functionality the VIP unit. On site in Ghana, Togo and Benin. -Based on quality of work, invited by investor Factor E to attend VIP orientation seminar in Colorado.

Production Manager -Daily communication with production facilities in India, Italy & Long Island City to successfully plan and manage product line across multiple channels and ensure timely delivery of the highest quality pieces.-Trained and managed team remotely and in office; recognized for improving team cohesion, opening and clarifying channels of communication, and promoting a positive environment.Marketing Coordinator-Conceptualized, wrote and executed strategy for the website redesign, increasing use by existing clients by 20%, by regional salespeople by 40% and driving e-commerce conversion.-Derived and implemented Instagram strategy resulting in the acquisition of new business partnerships and a 7x increase in followers. -Planned and executed bi-annual trunk shows working with hotels and vendors in NYC, London, Colorado, Wyoming, and Detroit. These shows yielded new clients and an average 10% increased sales figure from the year prior for each respective show.

-Built written and oral competitive analysis presentations, recognized by Vice President for skill in presentation and thoroughness of market research.-Redesigned department newsletter to increase relevance. As a result, circulation increased by 50% and distribution extended to International, Executive and PR departments upon request.-Restructured sales territories; communicated updates and changes to sales representatives across the country. -Presented daily and weekly recaps and trend reporting between production, sales, marketing and events teams, providing an organizational structure that did not exist prior. -Worked directly with Production Manager on the design and sampling process, learning from his long career in the industry and communicating with factories in Asia.

-Performance working at summer film press junkets, premiere events and press screenings resulted in a broadening of responsibilities and the opportunity to handle talent and clients directly. -Wrote and edited press releases, status reports and press lists; was asked to return the following summer.

-Script coverage and project research experience, learned office skills and gained insight into the film industry.-Worked at the Los Angeles Film Festival on the film “Waiting for Superman” with director Davis Guggenheim. -Contributed preliminary research leading to ‘green-lighting’ of documentary “Last Call at the Oasis.”
