- ImagineARTS Specialists targets literacy skills such as sequencing, rhyming, and re-telling through weekly singing, movement, dramatic improvisation and instrument play among preschool and kindergarten students. - Piano accompanist for the SSC Community Voices choir group for adults and young adults with developmental delays. Repertoire includes songs from the masters, traditional and folk favorites, pop and Broadway tunes.

- Assesses referral/patient for appropriate medical indication for music therapy services and performs assessment to determine effectiveness of therapy. - Treats patient to relieve symptoms and provide psychological, psychosocial, physical, and spiritual comfort. - Assist patient with needs regarding relaxation, communication, family support, anticipatory grief (patient and family), and interest in life legacy/review interventions. - Provides education and awareness to clinical team regarding appropriateness or contraindications for therapy treatment. - Maintains necessary records; clinical notes, problem charting, coordination notes, which will be incorporated into the patient’s clinical record within 24-48 hours of session and modified as needed. - Assists with sign ups and consents for newly referred patients, participates in on-call schedule, support the bereavement program (i.e. completing bereavement calls, facilitating memorial services in the community)

Peer Advisors (often in conjunction with Faculty Advisors) provide support, mentoring, and logistical assistance to roughly 10-20 entering students (“advisees”) throughout each semester, through group outings, one-on-one meetings, email/phone correspondence, and (in some cases) Artistry, Creativity, and Inquiry seminars. Peer Advisors answer questions ranging from academic to social topics and help lead their advisees towards a successful Berklee experience.
