I provide outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples. My practice is rooted in CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, and family systems theory.

Each day I have to opportunity to connect with families in poverty and help them in their pursuit of creating a better life. Through goal setting, regular check in's, health check ups, semi annual assessment of needs, and a combined approach with their children's Head Start classroom team we help set our families up for success and build capacity.
