Key Responsibilities:- Program rebuild, rebrand and management of Little Nettys and Netball Clinics.- Coordination and administrative management of community Queensland Firebirds player appearances and the Australian Sports Commission Sporting Schools Programs for Netball Queensland.- Collaboration with NQ’s commercial, marketing & events department in the coordination of Woolworths NetSetGo and our Train Like a Firebird Program.

In my role at Langlands Pool, I wear multiple hats to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities:- Recruitment & Training: Managing and recruiting administration staff, implementing procedures and cross-training for flexibility.- Operations & Customer Service: Overseeing operations, providing excellent customer service, processing memberships and handling first aid and incident reports.- Digital Media & Marketing: Managing social media, website, and creating promotional content, posters, and signs.- General Management: Supervising shifts, handling procurement, and ensuring organisational excellence.

Responsible for filming high-quality footage during home games and training sessions at Heritage Bank Stadium. Utilising sport-specific filming equipment to document gameplay, providing materials for our AFLW analyst team.
