Regional Business Process And Organization Manager, North America
Current• Analyze and implement effective business processes that best meet the need of stakeholders through process validation, design, and change• Continuous Improvement (CI) of business processes, implementing changes in a manner that engages and inspires employee readiness and willingness to adjust to change and results in improved outcomes for clients• Pursue efficient gains, increased profitability and/or the reduction of operational costs by increasing process automation and optimization and transferring tasks to the Center of Excellence• Monitor, review, and support corporate governance and compliance, risk management, and operational activities to support country management• Support all global sanctions and compliance initiatives to eliminate risk by improving on current levels of non-compliance• Manage the Company’s regulatory compliance requirements to ensure that TGF business meets all necessary compliance obligations and ensure that management is updated with all legislative changes
