I have experience of large human cohort serum analysis from extraction to targeted LCMS batch analysis. Using CRISPR-Cas9 technology in parallel with targeted therapeutic strategies I mechanistically probed metabolic pathways. I assisted in grant writing and frequently presented my findings at meetings within the lab, Institute and at conferences.
