Receiving the McDonnell Center for the Space Sciences' summer grant, I analyzed flux variability in x-ray peaked blazars to best constrain mechanisms for relativistic jet particle acceleration in Dr. Manel Errando's High Energy Astrophysics lab. I synthesized and presented an original abstract and graphics at the WashU Undergraduate Research Symposium.

Receiving the Office of Undergraduate Research's summer grant, I significantly advanced design and innovation of a new calibration tool for Dr. Johanna Nagy's Cosmic Microwave Background instruments. I overcame a variety of challenges by learning and implementing fabrication techniques (laser cutting, 3-D printing, soldering) and digital skills.

At the Borgen Project, I contacted with congressional officers weekly, advocating on behalf of the world’s poor. Further, I created an engaging branding campaign to mobilize others, doubled the standard fundraising goal by carefully organizing a self-guided schedule and designing compelling graphics and personable email templates.
